MAP Instructor Model

PracticeWise allows trainees and students to earn partial credit toward a MAP Therapist credential through classroom-based teaching, if the teaching is conducted by a certified MAP Instructor. Faculty and trainers who are interested in obtaining MAP Instructor status simply need to:

• Download and read an overview of the MAP Instructor Model,
• Review the MAP Instructor Curriculum video, which outlines how to teach MAP for credit,
• Complete an Instructor Review Form to self-certify, and
• Submit a signed copy of the form to PracticeWise for review via email to [email protected], via fax to 321-422-2889, or via mail to:

When your review is satisfactorily completed, you will receive an email notification with a credential valid for two years and you will be able to access the additional resources and materials by signing into your user account.
