The interactive mode screen is divided into three major sections:

The Menus allow you to quickly navigate to any practice in the MATCH.

View Flow Chart displays an illustration the practices and decision points for the current protocol. Clicking on a practice in the image will navigate to that point in the protocol.

Select a Core Practice displays the list of practices included in the protocol if no interference were encountered. Clicking on a practice in the menu will navigate to that point in the protocol.

Manage Obstacles displays the list of practices included in the protocol that are recommended for managing problems that commonly interfering with delivery of the core practices. Clicking on a practice in the menu will navigate to that practice.

Other Practices displays the list of practices included in the MATCH system but excluded from the current protocol. Clicking on a practice in the menu will navigate to that practice.

The Current Step displays the information for the practice that you have selected.

The Current Step section is divided into three parts:

  1. If Prerequisites are recommended for consideration before use of the current practice, they are displayed in the Current Step tab at the top-center top the page.
  2. The Control Panel on the left side of the page allows you to show and hide parts of the content displayed to the right, so you only see what you want to see.
  3. The Content Pane displays the information that you have selected.

The Next Step asks relevant questions and displays the next practice recommended for the selected protocol.
The Next Step section asks questions and displays the next practice recommended by the current protocol.
  1. A Question is displayed for each decision point relevant to your current position in the protocol. Selecting or changing an answer to a question "moves" you through the protocol to additional questions or next practice recommendations.
  2. A Next Practice is displayed to indicate what you would do next if you choose to follow the steps in the current protocol. Clicking on a next practice link will navigate to that point in the protocol.

You may change protocols or reset the current protocol at any time by using the MATCH Protocol selector at the top of the page.
