Please note that this product is continuing education only and any prerequisites must be purchased separately.

Continuing Education:

Course Format:
Live training workshop

Course Requirements:

• Full attendance at the workshop on days for which continuing education is sought
• Completion of the posttest with at least 75% accuracy for each day continuing education is sought
• Completion of the course evaluation for each day continuing education is sought
